There are five top rollers and six bottom rollers.

The top rollers can tilt to an angle relative to bottom rollers with small clearance of entrance and big clearance of exit so that plate can be leveled positively and negatively for several times, when leveling, then become even. Various original curvatures tend to be single curvature (bauschinger effect) and plate is leveled finally.

This process fits the leveling principle of steel plate, so it is accurate plate leveling machine.
